Engineer Profile — Sarah Cooper

Throughout my journey deeper into web development and into software engineering I have tried to find the most positive, and driven people to associate with. Sarah falls 100% into that category. She is extremely driven, and has a creative eye for both software engineering, but also for UI/UX. She has worked harder than most people to get to where she is, and continues to learn, grow and evolve in order to be the best developer that she can be.

Her focus tends to be on the front end of the stack, as well as mobile design, but has the back end chops to match. She has been, on a personal level, someone to lean on, who has shown loyalty, empathy, and friendship from the day that I met her.

Going forward I am excited to see what her work becomes as she enters the industry, and continues to strengthen her skills. She will certainly fit into the tech culture, and will be a solid developer, and advocate for the company blessed enough to hire her.

There are no projects too big, or intimidating since she has already faced down large projects, and hammered through them, and she is one of the people I go to with project ideas, creative design ideas, and generally just to talk to when I want a positive spin on something.

I do not think I have ever seen her in a bad mood, or beyond frustrated, instead she just happily hammers away at the code base in front of her until everything is locked in.
